"Uprooted Pansy plants"

Started by Khawat - 2560 Friday, 24 July 2020
I woke this morning to find that all 6 of my mature flowering pansy plants being uprooted from their pots. Doesnt seems to be eaten. Looks like uprooted from the base of stem. Never happened before except some times little digging of soil. Who could be the culprit and how to avoid? Thanks

It could be bandicoots. Its their season to get very active. My friend says learn to live with them as they dig for bugs and worms in the soil. I lose several plants each year unless I find the disturbances quick enough and plop up these plants.
