Hydrangea colour change

Do all coloured Hydrangea change colour according to the acidity? I have deep pink flowers, although the garden bed in question also grows azealeas and rhodies. Given the acid fertilizer applied to this garden bed I expected the Hydrangea to eventually produce blue flowers, but every year they are dark pink. Is it possible it is a variety that doesnt change colour????
