"Kalanchoe Blossfeldiana"

Started by Jennifer - 2095 Sunday, 07 January 2018
Just wondering if anyone has some tips on propagating this plant? Also what could be chewing holes in the leaves. I"ve checked the plant but cannot find anything on it. I know a lot of people just throw these plants out when they"ve finished flowering but this one was a really nice colour.

After flowering last year I emptied the pot, plant included, onto our garden bed which gathers lots of pine needles with rubbish soil underneath and to my surprise, this winter the bits of plant have sprouted with lots of fresh flowers. Sorry Jennifer, cant help you with the chewing culprit. Good luck. Denis

After flowering I just took cuttings, all have taken! I used pottingmix with vermiculite and placed the small pots in shade then later in partial sun. Try again next year, good luck. Janice 2069
